Note: the HM450 air purifier and filter are sometimes called the HM400 Plus, but they are the same.

The main filter for the HM450 air purifier is an integrated system incorporating a True Medical Grade HEPA filter along with fifteen pounds of activated carbon, zeolite and potassium iodide. The HEPA portion of the filter is like the HM400 but the carbon blend has the addition of potassium iodide which enhances its ability to remove heavy odors, even formaldehyde.  A new air purifier comes with the filters. These are replacements.  (If you have an HM400 air purifier and want to upgrade the filter, this HM450 filter will fit it).

This main filter works in both 110volt and 220volt units
